This should give you all the remaining elements of coding needed. I will be doing one more tutorial to act as a conclusion and cover anything I’ve missed. If you have any requests, add a comment and I’ll try to add them.
Today I am also announcing the next free game which will be…Katie.
Katie is a slightly older game, but one which I did update with new images and the new engine a couple of years ago. There are five endings to find with many ways to achieve them.
Katie will be available for free, Friday the Forth of July!
Hopefully in my next blog post I should be ready to announce what the next members area game will be.

This week we go over the basics of planning your game.
This week I finally got around to doing something I’ve intended for a while – Tutorials.
I really like the idea of people trying to make their own virtual date games, so I’ve put together a short course of five different segments. You can find part one on the new tutorials page : http://www.vdategames.com/tutorial.html
I’ll try and update them every week over the next month with the next part. As the first tutorial states, the different segments will be the following.
1 : Introduction & images
2 : Planning
3 : Advanced images
4 : Coding
5 : Things to think about
Part 1 gives a basic introduction to the different softwares involved and guides you through what’s needed to create your first image.
I’ll add a link to the blog with each section. If you try them and get stuck, leave a comment here and I’ll try to help you out.
Hopefully, anyone who manages to get through all five will end up with all they need to make their own games.
Just a quick post today to list recent changes to the site.
Nelena has been re-added to the members section. I forgot to include her when redesigning the members site, but she is now available to download for all members. This now means that there are 11 games you can access there.
It looks like there was only one real bug in Rachel Part 3. I’ve corrected the issue in both the online and downloadable versions.
If you bought a relevant package recently via the paypal store and want the Rachel Part 3 patch and/or Nelena, email me at chaotic@vdategames.com. Be sure to include your paypal transaction id and state which you would like sent to you.
For those wondering about the next game I transfer to the free site, I have not decided which one or when it will be yet. Usually I make a game free halfway between new game releases (Zoe was made free 3 months after Jennifer was released and three months before Rachel Part 3 was). A game will most likely be made free around the start of summer therefore.

Today I am proud to announce that Rachel Part 3, plus the three mini games, will be released and added to the members section next Monday, the 3rd of March.
The update will comprise of

There will also be a new look members section uploaded, which will include more galleries, wallpapers and walkthroughs.
Rachel Part 3 is now nearly finished and only awaiting finishing touches. I can confirm that it with have over 700 images.
The preview I want to have for the game is to mainly showcase the other possible threesome with Lisette. After the events of Maddison’s game, she is now working at the strip club, but behind the bar now. Pick the correct responses, and she will also tell you about her other job : foxy boxing coach. The player will be able to sign up Rachel. Coach her well with Lisette, and naughty things will happen.
Hopefully next time I post here, everything will be released.
